Who am I?

I’m a girl with a black-and-white soul who dreams in monochrome hues and chromatic tunes, a passionate wannabe writer, and a storyteller with a heart that beats for the unexpected and twitchy fingers with the thirst to devise. I have bridged my pathway on my own swinging from branch and branch of syllabi, stacking bricks of words on top of one another, sliding through the slippery slope of world whirlwinds.

My life has been a series of serendipitous moments, each one revealing a unique story, a hidden sight of beauty, or an untold poem. I believe that the most profound experience often arises from chance encounters, and it is this belief that inspired the creation of Accidental Aesthetics.

If not here or her socials, you will find P in a parallel universe somewhere, sitting on her favorite chair sipping lemon tea, scribbling limericks, and loose thoughts on her secret journal wondering if the life she lived was worth living at all. Feeling the ever-looming trance weighing on her shoulders from all the weight of the world and her favorite few people whom she merely tolerated.
Or less exaggeratedly and more realistically, at a nearby cafe with her nose buried in a Murakami novel with an annotated tattered copy of Plath’s “Bell Jar” and Van Gogh’s “Starry Night” themed notebook with borders scribbled with loose thoughts.
Or most likely, in her room, furiously typing away on her laptop.

My Visions

Accidental Aesthetics is more than just a blog; it is a canvas where words and pictures paint the serendipitous beauty of life. Herein, I aim to capture the essence of those fleeting moments of inspiration that often go unnoticed, and weave it together to curate a tapestry of the story of my life through the lens of my curious eyes. At Accidental Aesthetics, I aim to inspire and connect through the lens of serendipity. I believe that the most meaningful stories often arise from the unexpected, and the most beautiful art comes from unplanned moments.

Whether it’s through journal entries (Creative ramblings of a restless mind), photo essays (Accidental Aesthetics), glimpses of my everyday scenes (Nazaare), strings of stories about my chance encounters with people I’ve crossed paths with (111 Kindred Souls), insightful book reviews (Readery), curated writings (Word Whirlwinds), scattered thoughts of insights and chronicles of many more;

My vision is to celebrate the art of the unexpected, the theory of the invisible string that binds us and the curious ways of life that bring us together. It is to create a space where curiosity is celebrated, and the accidental is cherished.
